Prior to featuring the company on Renoplus, our team does thorough background checks and screening process to ensure the reliability of our vendors.

The timeline of your project completion can be specified in the ‘Get Pro’ form so the home professional contacting you is aware of your preferred timeline. However, we advise you to have further discussions on timeline with the company to set reasonable expectations.

Prior to engaging with a company, it is best to review their portfolios for a better understanding of their work and general style. The company credentials of the vendor listed on Renoplus have been vetted beforehand – look out for the Verified’ and ‘Recommend’ badge on certain profiles. You can also refer to portfolios review to the professionals’ work.

Renoplus ensure that all our vendor have verified company credentials and we add verified badges ‘Verified’ to their profiles. Renoplus require business owner to provide company SSM, business licenses, bank record and necessary documents to us. Only business comply with a standard will be accepted.

Don’t worries, if you don’t have floor plan, you can always get a copy from your unit developer. You can also provide us with a rough size estimate when requesting for a quote.
